The Fairy is Captain Holly Short of the LEP (Lower Elements Police). He, along with his bodyguard, a butler named Butler, find themselves with the LEP surrounding Fowl Manor, and so he will try to get a ransom for the elfin captain. Will he succeed? Or will the LEP win and destroy him?
